How to make buff , headscrarf ?

I wanted this headscarf. and it cost around rm 90 per piece. I decided to create 1 my own , so i went to lydia's house and get the measurement of that scarf.

The width on my left and length on my right

This is how i sew it and it cost;  less than rm 2
*** amendment: Fold half of the cloth and cut 9.5 X 19.5 inches

    1. My brother just got diagnosed with cancer, and I want to do something to help, so sewing him a few Buffs (homemade with love) is both a gift and a way of focussing good energy on his healing! I wonder if anyone has gotten around the problem of how to make this without a seam? Or if not, how to finish the seam to it lies flat and is not bothersome or itchy?

    1. spandex and stretch microfiber polyester works great there is only 1 seam and the top and bottom are raw edges. On spandex the edges do not come apart. also rokwoods.com had some spf under armor heat guard that works great also T-shirt material also works well the 1 seam making it into a cylinder done on a serger does not seem to be itchy or uncomfortable
